Recruited to lead product strategy, partner marketing and enablement for a brand-new division inside one of the world's largest media companies. Built the GTM systems, the digital product portfolio, the partner enablement infrastructure — then scaled it across 10+ regional teams nationwide. Promoted to SVP of Strategy and Innovation.
Recruited to bring UX innovation and design to venture backed electronic verification platform and app for in-home healthcare workers. Directed HIPAA-compliant UX. Coordinated client, business, design, and development teams to improve usability to reduce fraud risk.
Recruited to build features, UX/UI and GTM strategy for a musician's social network in which people could share and record their music with anyone around the world.
Pitched and won contract to develop a Flash streaming channel and 2 hours of media for a government SaaS leader. Managed client, product development, creative direction and media production. CEO credited it with helping his company clinch an aquisition by competitor.
